2. Services Provided
We provide bespoke digital media solutions including, but not limited to, premium banner placements, search engine optimization (SEO) backlink packages, technical architecture consulting, and targeted traffic routing. Specific deliverables will be outlined at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed as discrete, single-payment transactions. We do not operate automated recurring subscription billing for these services. Upon selecting a service package, an invoice containing a secure pay-by-link will be generated and routed to your corporate billing contact. Services will not commence until full payment is successfully processed.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate allocation of server resources, publisher space, and the digital nature of our traffic routing and SEO campaigns, all sales are final. Once a campaign has been initiated, we cannot offer refunds. If you wish to halt a campaign prematurely, you may request a cancellation, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining duration.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree that any URLs, media, or destination sites provided to us for promotion comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject any advertising material or refuse service if the target content is deemed inappropriate or in violation of our publisher network guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Care-tec Digital Media & Marketing Ltd makes no guarantees regarding specific conversion rates, sales, or third-party search engine rankings as a result of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
